I am really happy with these boots and the great customer service. I am from Buffalo (a very cold place) and currently living in Moscow, Russia (an even colder place) but these boots are perfect for the weather. Like others, I like these better than the classic UGG boots because of the stronger sole and better arch support. They are real winter boots, and don't feel like slippers or too flimsy to walk around all day. Definitely spray them with water-proof/dirt-proof spray and they will continue to look good.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. They arrived just when the weather was about 15 degrees and she wore them several time without socks and did not feel the cold. They are true to size and have good arch support.

Placing orders with Oneboots is great, shipping is instant, and the items arrive in perfect condition. As for these Uggs, I was not as pleased. They are better for winter weather then classic Uggs, but they are not as comfortable. They are narrower than classic Uggs, and don't stretch for that extra comfort.

Warm and toasty and soles on the Ultras are less slippery with better traction than on Classic and Bailey button Uggs. Great for a Minnesota winter! Thanks Oneboots for great customer service!

Love these Ugg boots. They're very warm and comfy, great traction in the snow and ice. They're not exactly fashion forward, but these are my go-to winter boots. Thanks Oneboots for being so wonderful and truly being service oriented!

I hesitated to buy these ugg boots for a long time considering the price, but I have to say I really like them.They are extremely warm and they do fit snugly. Wear them around your house for a day or two to get used to them. They are constructed very well and look great with jeans.
