OnUggBoots is committed to your complete satisfaction; it is our top priority.

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Boots must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty or used shoes will be returned without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer. The new item may still be subject to duties and taxes.

Please refer to your Order Confirmation for the required return form.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method. OnUggBoots is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange.

 


 

1.You must email us first and inform us of the reason for a return and tell us your Order Confirmation Number. We will then provide you with the further instructions.

2.You can return any unwanted items within 30 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place. Please ensure returned item is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item' s condition and refuse any damaged, worn or washed items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.


3.All packages should be sent via a trackable method and supply the tracking number in time. Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your responsibility, including costs of sending exchanged / or refused items back to you. ZumFoot is not responsible for packages lost in transit.


4.All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-14 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.


5.Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your account. (During the holidays, this time may be extended.) During the holiday season total processing time on expedited exchanges may be extended by 1-2 busines s days. If we anticipate further delays you will be notified immediately. You can call your Credit Company or PayPal for the confirmation about the refund in that case.we will also deduct 25% handling fee based on your order total amount and you will get a partial refund.Please provide us yoru paypal account,we will refund you parital payment to your pay pal account.( Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. )

6.We replace all damaged goods free of charge. We are responsible for everything if we make any error, others, the client will be charged restocking fee, handling fee and shipping cost.

7.Within 8 hours (after you place order with us), refunding is available. Or, We will charge you 20% of your amount for bank service if it is refunded by credit card. If it is refunded by Paypal, we will charge you 14% of your amount for service. ( Please read this policy carefully before buying. Once the transaction is done, it means you have acceped our service policy.)

8.Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 4-6hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key point.Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

9.NOTE: In our opinion, you should select the correct size you need. We are not responsible for the size not fit right. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
